The Tannery Montana has been guided by the experience and professionalism of a directive staff that comes from three family nuclei: Ghizzani, Fiaschi, and Menichetti, whom with passion and a spirit of harmonious collaboration have divided all the company duties from the administration to production to marketing.

A large part of the success is due to this internal organisation that includes everybody in the realisation of the company’s objectives.
