The project concerns the energy efficiency of the leather drying process. The project concerns the replacement of the existing system with a system of production of treated air with complete recirculation without polluting emissions to the outside, which uses a circuit with heat pump with total energy recovery, in combination with a rotating chemical absorber (ACR), with continuous and controlled regeneration that allows to obtain a somewhat dry air at a low temperature.
The expected result is an energy saving of over 50%.
